Ralph Backstrom put together this little edit at the end of the season, check what he has to say...

"This is a video I put together from five or so sunny days of riding on Thompson Pass near Valdez for the King of the Hill and Tailgate Alaska.

The snow was generally excellent, aside from the sunnier aspects that would have a slight crust in places, and other wind loaded areas. You may notice my skepticism in one line in particular (both wind load and crust were found).

Some of the footage was during the King of the Hill competition on April 3rd; chances are if there are fresh tracks ahead of mine, it was during the comp. The bitchin' tunes are Iron Maiden, The Trooper."
