As the Swatch TTR World Snowboard Tour descended on Laax for the 6Star Burton European Open we saw a tour de force from Finnish rider, Peetu Piiroinen, who managed to place first in both slopestyle and halfpipe.

Norwegian wunderkind Mikkel Bang threw down an exceptional performance on the fantastic slopestyle course placing second, while Iouri Podladtchikov managed to place 3rd in the pipe which moved him up to 5th on the TTR World Snowboard Tour Rankings.
