The Movement Gloss is a great all mountain ski for decent intermediates looking to develop and prepared to work, or advanced skiers wanting an all-mountain carver. Typical gutsy-feeling Movement ride, pretty quick into the turns thanks to the long, wide nose and delivers effective grip on hardpack. Feels "playful" in the chopped up snow off the side of the piste, according to comments from the test.

Decent women skiers looking for good carving plus off-piste

Over the years i've used a lot of different skis from almost every brand out there. I came across Movement while on holiday in Switzerland about 3 years ago and demo'd a pair from a local hire shop. I loved them, i think it was the Movement Spicy back then. They we're so easy to turn and really brought my skiing on throughout the week, i started to venture off piste more as well when i'd normally stay on piste. They carved well and floated so effortlessly off piste n the deep snow. This year when it was time to buy a new pair of skis i knew it would be one of the Movement offerings that i'd choose. The Spicy was no longer in the range so i demo'd a pair of the Gloss at one of the Ellis Brigham demo's, these we're amazing, they carve really well on piste and in the snowdome and when i took them off piste they we're even better than the spicy i tried those years ago.
What more can i say, there the best skis i've ever used! I bought mine from here:

I dont think any intermediate to advanced skiier could go wrong with a set of these, they may be a bit much for novice skiiers but if you want a pair of skis to do anything with, i'd definatly reccomend them.
