The Hatchett is an all time favourite in the Atomic line-up - at £260 it is one of the most progressive progression sticks on the market. Suitable for anyone from ams to pros it's easy to throw around, mellow flexing and rides well. The tech core and glass laminates keep response good, the only thing you'd really want to add to the mix is a sintered base, although it seemed to perform really well in Kaunertal, 'A lot of board for very little money. Fast, poppy and very responsive.'
