Well, it was my first full season out of school travelling and competing, and it has been jam-packed!
After our adventure in Calgary I was lucky enough to head to Tignes for the first ever European X Games and it went off. It was such an experience to be among the best riders in the world and competing in my first ever X Games. I drove over on Sunday with Jenny and Tammy. It was a pretty good ride over besides the coffee spillage two minutes into the journey!

I was riding in the Slopestyle event in which only 16 girls were invited to compete. I had one really good practice day, the course was a lot of fun with seven jumps (two of which were gap jumps) and two rail features. They changed the course for the day of qualification due to some speed issues. Qualification went down on Wednesday however we didn’t have the best conditions in the world, high winds, low visibility and a slow course It wasn’t the best, however I was stoked to do some sort of run and finish in 9th place. My aim was top 10 so I am pleased.
A massive congrats to the Jones "LEGEND", 3rd Winter X Games Gold Medalist! Also to my team mate Kjersti, the level was so high it was an awesome final.
After the X Games I spent a few days in Morzine, trying some new things and generally having a lot of fun riding the small park. I went upside-down a few times (photo evidence right here – myself and Jack Shackleton).

After Morzine I went to St Anton to be an extra in the new movie Chalet Girl! You will have to watch out for a character called Anya Shmidt, The shoot was fun with Margot and Basa, good times. An extra bonus was meeting Ed Westiwck from Gossip Girl! However, a lot of standing around, but a good experience to see how a movie is produced!
Michelle , Myself "ED WESTWICK" Basa and Margot.

Next Stop: LAAX for the British Champs. I didn't get so much riding in as I pulled a tendon in my shoulder by coming off the side of the airbag of all things! So I didn't get to ride other than in the Big Air.

After the Brits it was home for 10 days to rest my shoulder and do Uni work, see some friends and go to the gym...
Nest stop: Aviemore, Scotland Vans Dawn of the Shred Competition. Jez from TSA picked me up from Edinburugh and we cruised up to Aviemore. who would have thought Scotland was so beautiful and had so much snow! Rumours where going round of the best season ever and I went over to witness it first hand.
The weekend was epic, sun, slush, good kickers and to mix it up a bit of Backcountry in the Scottish Highlands! I had so much fun just riding the mountain on the first day, hoping fences, sliding on grass and jumping rocks!
The comp went down on Saturday, there was an awesome set up three different sized booters, a good sized hip and a series of fun jib obstacles. Jamie Nicholls won the Mens and I walked away with first place in the Womens comp. Below are a few pics from the event!

Stoked on the Win! Or shall I say my younger brother was probably more stoked than me as he now has an Xbox!
Now I am actually back home and can't go anywhere because of Volcanic Eruption in Iceland. Will keep you posted on my next adventure if I mange to get out of the UK that is!
Hope you all had an epic season enjoy the last few weeks in the sun and slush.
Peace out
Aimz
I then took some pain killers, and invested in some butt pads and hit up Woodward with the girls
